Certain countries restrict the importation of specific breeds. If your pet’s breed appears on a restricted list, we will inform you and assist in exploring possible waivers, permits, or alternatives to accommodate your relocation plans.

Yes, and we encourage it! Familiar items, like a blanket or toy that carries your scent, can help soothe your pet during travel. We recommend sleeping with the item for a few days prior to departure to reinforce that comforting scent.
