Yes, we specialize in international pet transportation. Whether you're moving across the country or around the globe, we’re here to ensure your pet’s journey is smooth, compliant, and stress-free.
We recommend booking as early as possible. This allows ample time to secure necessary veterinary documentation, meet country-specific requirements, and plan a stress-free itinerary. We do offer expedited emergency services, but advance booking is more cost-effective and ensures broader options.
Documentation requirements vary by country, but typically include up-to-date vaccinations, an internationally certified health certificate, and in some cases, an import permit. We will guide you through the specific requirements for your pet’s origin and destination.
Certain countries restrict the importation of specific breeds. If your pet’s breed appears on a restricted list, we will inform you and assist in exploring possible waivers, permits, or alternatives to accommodate your relocation plans.
Your pet’s safety is our top priority! All animals travel using our company-issued, padded, and secure travel crates or harnesses. Each collar and harness is equipped with GPS tracking, and our team is trained to maintain safety standards throughout every leg of the journey.
We avoid sedation whenever possible, as our services are designed to minimize stress naturally. In rare cases where anxiety poses a risk, a light sedative or calming aid may be used; only with your prior approval and in full compliance with veterinary guidelines.
Yes, and we encourage it! Familiar items, like a blanket or toy that carries your scent, can help soothe your pet during travel. We recommend sleeping with the item for a few days prior to departure to reinforce that comforting scent.
Yes, we provide full door-to-door service for your convenience, ensuring seamless pickup and delivery of your pet between designated locations.
We maintain constant communication throughout your pet’s relocation. Our staff will provide real-time updates and are available to answer questions at every milestone of the journey.
